Do you modify my campaigns or budgets?

No. Elus is a reporting and analytics platform. We never create, modify, or delete campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, or bids. All changes are made by you directly in Google Ads.

Is my data shared with third parties?

No. We never share your Google Ads data with third parties, never use it for advertising or profiling, and never use it to train AI models.

How does data synchronization work?

Syncing is automatic: incremental every 4 hours (last 7 days) and a full daily sync at 6 AM UTC (last 30 days). You can also trigger a manual sync at any time.

How are my credentials protected?

We never store your Google password. We only keep a revocable OAuth token, encrypted with AES-256-GCM. You can revoke access at any time from Elus or from your Google account settings.

Is my data kept separate from other customers?

Yes. Each organization has full isolation (multi-tenant). We never correlate data across different customers' accounts. We don't access billing or financial information.

What happens if I disconnect the integration?

All tokens and synced Google Ads data are deleted immediately. Historical data is removed within 30 days. Content you created on the platform (reports, ideas) is not affected.

What Google Ads data do you access?

We only access read-only data: campaigns (name, status, budget), ad groups, keywords and quality scores, search terms, performance metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS), per-creative performance, and account info (name and currency). We never access billing data or financial information.

Are you compliant with the Google API Services User Data Policy?

Yes. We are fully compliant with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We use the OAuth scope "adwords" (read-only access). Data is used exclusively to provide the features listed on this page. No data is used for AI model training, advertising, or user profiling. Data transferred to sub-processors (Cloudflare AI Gateway) is limited to user-requested analysis.
